Below is the log using failure_retry option in Job definition.
You can see in the first attempt downloading was incomplete in the specified time. It shows the result as failure. In the second attempt it is good. My request is while using the failure_retry option if there is any failure in the given number of attempts minus one. Please make the status as "skipped" else display the result in the successful attempt.
