But question was about use pre_power_command. I can use specific tool. But I cant use pre_power_command. 
Or how to do it better? 
Before flashing device, I need to run script to set device into flashing mode.

if you want to use a specific flashing tool use the deploy method called "flasher".

The command that will be used is in the variable called flasher_deploy_commands
