I'm not sure what you're asking about. All device type templates are available in the lava repository. I've no idea how this debugger works and how you intend to use it. So there is not enough information for me to provide any guidance.

Nagendra, I'm not aware of LAVA supporting laterbach debugger. It should be possible to make it working with LAVA but you need to do it yourself I'm afraid.
