Updated initiatives - requesting feedback

Hello Everyone, I worked with Stefano to review and update the Initiatives in project Stratos so it's time for you to have a look and provide some feedback. * Implement Optimized VirtIO interface - https://projects.linaro.org/browse/STR-9 * hypervisor boot orchestration (type-1) - https://projects.linaro.org/browse/STR-10 * RTOS Dom0 on the safety island - https://projects.linaro.org/browse/STR-11 * Hypercall Standarardization - https://projects.linaro.org/browse/STR-12 * Improve VirtIO interfaces implementation for type-1 hypervisors - https://projects.linaro.org/browse/STR-14 Please comment using JIRA. If that doesn't work, I can post the descriptions on the ML for inline comments. We still have to agree to the scope, break down the work into Epics and attach engineering talent to them. That's a lot of work to complete by the 15th. of September, which is the deadline to have the plan of record for project Stratos in place, so your prompt engagement is very much appreciated.
